It was noted that turning out of both Mill Cove and River Vue onto Tidewater can be difficult because of bushes/hedges blocking views.

No Councilman’s Report
(not in attendance):

It was asked when sewer meeting would be -Kevin noted that WSA would have to set up with Riverview, Highland Beach, Rocky Point areas.  It was also noted that WSA is to send letters out, engineering and mapping is done, possible June bid –will be delays now with Janine’s resignation.  Mayor still needs to release the bond.
Discussion on whether new septic systems (done within 20 years) will be “grandfathered in”, or would homeowner still need to pay for the pipe frontage –still need this clarified.  Also discussed deferral – also need clarified.

Nancy S. will create a flyer that can be sent out to individual homes as noticed.  It was also noted that the clothing bin in gas station parking lot on Tidewater at West Shore is always messy and overflowing, people also leaving items other than clothing –will ask Ed to see if it can possibly be removed.
