Riverview Improvement Assoc. is having its Block Party / Tailgate!

Location: Tents on 10 River Vue Avenue

It’s a Sunday afternoon (Football Sunday), and it will be rain or shine. A little rain won’t dampen the fun & food. We have tents ordered! Reschedule your other plans if you already have a commitment. This will be a great party and we don’t want you to miss out!

NOTE: This event is Free of Charge to all RVIA Members who are current on their membership payment. Not a member? Join at the party for $15.00 PER HOUSEHOLD. Need to pay for your 2022 Membership – Yup you can do that too at the entry table. We’ll check our listings to see if you owe. (Membership is good through 12/31/22).

AND we’ve got the Patriots versus Steelers game AT The Block Party that also starts at 1:00 pm.
We’ll have the game live on a 65 Inch LED TV under a 10 x 10 foot tent.
Probably right alongside the main 20 x 30 Party Central tent. Bluetooth speakers too.

The party is featuring, A Mano Pizza Truck & Gelato from Newport!

“A Mano” means “by hand” in Italian. Check out their website here. We won’t have everything on the menu but take a look at their AUTHENTIC NEAPOLITAN BRICK-OVEN PIZZA.

Pizza & Football… that doesn’t suck!

Fresh wood fired brick oven pizza made to order! They bake it in about 2 minutes!
And homemade gelato too!
The truck is booked, and they toss crust & wood fire bake pies no matter the weather. We’re all hoping it’s going to be nice, but we get what we get. We’ll be literally covered by tents so no worries!

This year’s party will be a combo Tailgate / Neighborhood Social.

Wear your team colors. Steelers fans allowed!

Stay tuned … RVIA will be asking members to bring your specialty side dish and/or a dessert to go with the homemade gelato & pizza.

We’ll also have gas grilled hamburgers, veggie burgers and hotdogs & fresh salad too as additional choices (for those of you who don’t like pizza… what??? Don’t like pizza!???!).
