If you don’t have a Stockholders “Stock Certificate”, old or new style,
you aren’t an RVIA stockholder, and you should not attend this meeting.

held the week prior on January 10th.

The Board has a lot to discuss before this Stockholders Meeting.
Board Members decided to separate the meeting dates
rather than the typical Board Meeting in a time slot
just prior to the Stockholders Meeting due to the extent of discussion topics.
